The Benefits of a Furnished Corporate Apartment in Quapaw
Waiting on the internet technician, hooking up utilities, organizing furniture shipping and moving… you don’t have time for that when you’re traveling for work. That’s why we only offer full-service living spaces complete with furniture, housewares, utilities, and other amenities.
Why stay in a hotel and stare at the world’s most depressing art when you could have a space that feels like home? You’ll be more productive in a comfortable and relaxing space. And you won’t have to deal with the distractions of cleaners knocking, the sounds of tourists (and their four children) next door, and the dinging of the elevator down the hall.
You deserve a place that feels like home. We specifically built our company with the working traveler in mind. You should be comfortable, relaxed, and conveniently located while you’re traveling for your company. That’s why we try to stock and furnish our living spaces mindfully – because we want to serve you as a whole person, not a corporate drone.

The Quapaw Quarter (or just Quapaw, if you’re local) is home to the oldest and most historic homes and businesses in Little Rock. Some structures date back to pre-Civil War! The area was named in 1961 after the Quapaw Indians who lived there centuries ago.
19th-century homes are scattered attractively around the border of MacArthur Park and the governor’s mansion property. In fact, many homes in the Governor’s Mansion District were built between 1880-1920 – an absolutely stunning collection of Colonial Revival, Queen Anne, and Craftsman architecture.
Fifteen distinct National Historic Register Districts make up the Quapaw Quarter. Over 200 homes and buildings are found on the National Register of Historic Places. The exterior of one – Villa Marre – was featured on the CBS sitcom Designing Women as the interior design company run by the main characters.
Quapaw is nine square miles of antebellum and Victorian homes located in the central business district. While the majority of the restored and historic buildings are residential homes and privately owned businesses not open to the public, you can still enjoy them curbside or on one of the city’s walking tours!
Things to Do in Quapaw
In the spring, the Quapaw Quarter Association hosts events leading up to the annual Spring Tour of Homes. They choose a different historic area of the neighborhood and ask the homeowners to open their homes to viewers. They also take you through public buildings in the area.
Themed preview parties and events are held beforehand. It’s a great way to learn about your new neighborhood while immersing yourself in Little Rock’s history!
During summer months, the QQA hosts a series of “Summer Suppers.” At these suppers, you eat dinner at a historic property! It’s a beautiful setting, a delicious meal, and a great way to get friendly with your neighbors and fellow history buffs and foodies.
The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History
Located in the Little Rock Arsenal in the Tower Building, the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History showcases Arkansas’s military heritage. It covers the territorial years through the present. The Tower Building is the birthplace of General Douglas MacArthur and exhibits include photographs, uniforms, weapons and other artifacts.
The Bernice Gardens
The Bernice Gardens is an absolute gem of an urban garden located in downtown Little Rock. They are open to the public most of the time and there are both vegetable and botanical gardens. Many community events are held in the Bernice Gardens. They’re also popular as a wedding venue for millennial couples. Mid-April through mid-November, the grounds host a Farmer’s Market. Every second week, April-October, check out the Vintage Market for cool, quirky finds!
