We currently have multiple open listings in Midtown. All you have to do to secure your home away from home while you travel for work is give us your move-in criteria – floor plan, budget, preferred commute, etc. – and we’ll narrow down your choices to the best available option.
You can choose from apartments, condos, and private homes depending on your preference and the current availability.

The Benefits of a Furnished Corporate Apartment in Midtown
Hooking up utilities, waiting on the cable guy and the internet guy, running to the store for dish soap, furniture shopping… you don’t have time for that. That’s time you could be working or sleeping, or going out to dinner with your new coworkers. That’s why we only offer full-service living spaces.
We know that staying in a hotel is also an option. But very few people can stand living in a hotel room – even one meant for long stays – for weeks on end. It’s cramped and generic and depressing. You can only fall asleep in those chlorine scented sheets so many times before it starts to get to you. And it’s difficult to be very productive when you’re uncomfortable and depressed.
You deserve a place that feels like a real home. We built our company on the belief that every traveler deserves a comfortable, relaxing, conveniently located base of operations. That’s why we try to stock and decorate our homes mindfully – because we’re serving you as a person, not just your company.

We always encourage our patrons to shop around when deciding where they’ll be staying in Midtown. We’re confident you won’t find anything better than we have to offer. And when you’re doing your research, be sure to ask yourself these questions:
- Is the provider setting everything up for you?
- Do they ensure that the property is clean and tidy so you can walk in and unpack?
- Are the luxury amenities there?
- Is the location convenient and meet your specifications?
- Do you feel comfortable when you walk through the door?
Corporate housing doesn’t have to be standard, beige, and blah. You can be comfortable, happy, and – dare we say it? – excited to walk through the door each day!
As much as we consider your comfort on arrival, we also plan for your comfort and ease during your departure. Staying with Arkansas Suites means never having to worry about turning off utilities, selling or moving furniture, or paying a cleaner to get a deposit back. We know you’re anxious to be home and we don’t want to delay you by a single second!

Midtown – as the name suggests – is located right in the heart of Little Rock. It’s less than ten minutes from Downtown, the Heights and Hillcrest Area, West Little Rock and Riverdale! You’re truly at the center of everything when you choose to live in Midtown.
Located in Midtown is the University of Arkansas, the Park Plaza Mall, and the city’s Medical Corridor which includes UAMS, CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, and several specialty clinics. It’s also very close to Dillard’s headquarters. If you’re traveling for any of these major employers, Midtown will be an extremely convenient location to settle in during your stay.
Midtown offers a dense suburban feel with many residents owning their homes. There are also specialty apartment complexes and luxury townhomes if you prefer the amenities of that kind of space. Many of the residents are young professionals and young families and the apartments are especially convenient for those working in the medical field – it’s just a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to get to the Medical Corridor.
Things to Do in Midtown
The Little Rock Zoo
The Little Rock Zoo began in 1926, with just two animals. Today it is home to over 725 animals and their habitats, many of which are endangered. The zoo is considered to be one of the state’s greatest conservation and education resources.
From “Boo at the Zoo!” (a Halloween celebration for children to trick-or-treat safely) to upscale fundraisers, the Little Rock Zoo has a busy calendar of events.
Whether you love tigers, apes, elephants, snakes, or birds of prey, the zoo has exhibits that allow you to get close to your favorite animals. New exhibits, educational programs, and special events make each visit feel new and exciting!
War Memorial Stadium has hosted major college football, concerts, and other events for over 6 decades. There is always an upcoming event on the calendar, so be sure to check-in often. Visit the Antique Show or the Spring Flower Show.
If you’re looking for something grand you can even rent out the stadium for your birthday party or other personal events!
On the off-chance there’s nothing happening in the stadium itself, check out War Memorial Park. Walking trails, playground equipment, and even a splash pad for the kids make for a fantastic outdoor space in the middle of Little Rock’s urban area.
Big Orange is locally owned and sourced and they’ve got the best burgers, fries, and milkshakes in town! Midtown is home to their original location and on weeknights, it’s always packed with hungry locals.
Big Orange is set apart by its “upscale hipster” decor, the organic, local burger ingredients, and the truffle fries – trust us, you absolutely must try them.
