These things seem small or frivolous, especially if you’re trying to find a place ASAP, but you won’t regret checking out the details when you’re actually living there.

Amenities

Great amenities might be an added bonus to your corporate housing experience. Some corporate housing properties might include amenities like a pool or gym. Especially if you don’t have an on-site pool in the city where you normally live, this might elevate your corporate housing experience and turn it into something special.

You’ll also want to check on the laundry situation. Most corporate housing will include a washer and dryer in your unit. If not in each unit, there will at least be communal laundry facilities on-site. If you don’t want to deal with going to a laundromat for several months, it’s definitely important to check that you’ll have access to machines on-site!
