Livability examined nearly 100 data points while looking at cities with a population between 75,000 and 500,000 to narrow down the very best places to live across the country.

Little Rock is highlighted as a city with great art, decadent and addicting food, renowned bands, worthwhile stops such as The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Big Dam Bridge, and ample hiking options like Pinnacle Mountain State Park, Hot Springs, and Mount Magazine, which holds the record for the highest peak in the entire state.
