Central Little Rock
Midtown is located in right in the heart of Little Rock. In the center of the city you’ll find a mixture of all that is Little Rock. Take some time to shop down University, eat in one of the fabulous restaurants off Cantrell, or experience art and local culture in the Heights. This area gives easy access to all of Little Rock, I-630, and I-430.
Downtown Little Rock Area
The Rivermarket is located in the heart of Little Rock. In this area, the ultimate combination of business and adventure meet. Crawl the Rivermarket strip to experience one of the popular local bars or restaurants. Take in the history of the state by visiting the Historic Arkansas Museum, the Old State House Museum or the Mosaic Templars. Site-see along the Arkansas River itself in the beautiful river front park. The Rivermarket presents a safe and upscale way of life!
Riverdale is located just outside of Downtown along Cantrell. Here you can find a plethora of unique local restaurants with well-established presence in the community. Take in the beauty of the area with breathtaking views of Arkansan hills and the Arkansas River. Just a short drive to the Rivermarket or University Ave!
The mid-sized city of Conway offers an eclectic mix of urban meets suburban. Conway is home to three colleges, the University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College, and Central Baptist College, giving it the official title “The City of Colleges”. But don’t let that title fool you. A college culture is present, with many hip bars and a unique artistic community. But the family friendly environment still gets to shine in tandem. Take a walk down Historic Downtown Conway and indulge in an array of local restaurants. Shop at any of the numerous retail locations. At any time of the week, one of the three colleges is hosting an event open to the public, whether it be a football game, live theatre, or a concert. In the spring, Conway is famous for the fair and festival Toad Suck Daze, one of the most popular events in the state. Of course if you seek to escape the town for a time, Little Rock is just minutes away!
North Little Rock
Argenta is located along the North Bank of the Arkansas River along Main Street and Broadway in downtown North Little Rock. This area is considered a hub for the arts and local culture! Galleries, studios, theaters, local restaurants, and the Thea Foundation all take root in this quaint area. At any point of the week you can stumble upon a poetry reading, an art exhibit, live theater, or a great pub special!
NORTH LITTLE ROCK
North Little Rock is just North of the Arkansas River and offers a great combination of city living and close knit community feel. There is an endless list of places to explore and things to do in North Little Rock! Whether you want to shop, dine, or adventure outside! Meander across the Junction Pedestrian Bridge across the river to the Downtown River Market in just minutes! Drive along the strip of McCain Blvd for endless retail and restaurant options. You also have convenient access to the local interstates to get you where you need to be in a jiffy. North Little Rock is the perfect location to live for many of the area’s largest employers including Little Rock Air Force Base, Remington Arms, L’Oreal, and Dasault FalconJet!
Benton and Bryant
In the heart of Saline County is Benton and Bryant. These two towns, closely intertwined, possess a homegrown heart. Both cities are family friendly at their core with nationally ranked public schools. High school football games are a Friday night staple, with the cross town Benton-Bryant rivalry being the longest and most passionate in the state. Although the cities hold the close-knit-community ambiance, the area is up and coming. Shopping and restaurants are consistently popping up in or around Benton and Bryant, giving the area a Big City element. Visit the Alcoa Exchange Shopping Center. Or take a trip just outside the county to Bass Pro Shops, The Outlets, and Dave & Busters. Some of the area’s major employers include Saline Memorial Hospital, Bryant School District, Benton School District, Landers Automotive, and Rineco Chemical Industries.
The third largest city in Arkansas sits on the outskirts of the beautiful Boston Mountains. Fayetteville offers a modern culture unlike any other Arkansan city. Home to the University of Arkansas Razorbacks and ranked 23rd by US News as the Best Place to Live. Fayetteville has a quaint, yet urban feel. Crawl through the hip bars on Dickson Street or tour one of the 40 sites listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Some of the major employers include Wal-Mart, The University of Arkansas, and Washington Regional Medical Center. The typography of Fayetteville offers outdoor activities abound, whether you enjoy hiking, rock climbing, or camping. Though all of Arkansas is beautiful, nothing truly beats the grandeur Fayetteville in the fall.
West Little Rock
Chenal is located in West Little Rock and is considered one of the newest and most requested areas in Little Rock. Entertainment, restaurants, shopping, are minutes away from our suites and apartments.If you choose to rent a suite off of Chenal, easy access to I-430 is just a couple of minutes away, as well as I-630 and I-30. This location will be one of the most centrally located. Chenal Parkway is an extension of I-630 which can take you to downtown Little Rock or anywhere you want to go.
Cantrell is located in West Little Rock and is a major thoroughfare in the heart of Little Rock that connects to almost every major area in the city. Travel through each neighborhood from downtown up to Pinnacle Mountain. Down Cantrell Road are infinite opportunities to shop, dine, adventure, learn, and reside!
Rogers and Bentonville are located in the Northwest corner of the state, just miles from Fayetteville. The cities are close neighbors and the 8th and 10th largest in the state. It is a bustling area of entrepreneurship, a great place to partake in business or pleasure. Visit Crystal Bridges, a renowned American Art Museum. Watch an incredible play at the historic community theatre the Arkansas Public Theatre. Find your path along Lake Bella Visa, War Eagle Mill, or Beaver Lake. Indulge your inner foodie at one of the spectacular and innumerable local restaurants. Some of the major employers include Wal-Mart, Tyson Chicken, Northwest Health System, the public school districts, and Crossland Construction.
Just outside the bustling metro of Little Rock and North Little Rock is the small town of Maumelle. With a population just over 17,000, this town still offers big adventures. Take a walk around Lake Willastein or Lake Valencia, behold the breathtaking views of Arkansas’s hills and Pinnacle Mountain, or dine at one of the local restaurants. Though the town gets quiet shortly after 8:00, you don’t have to sacrifice nightlife as Little Rock is just minutes away.
